Support Policy

What kind of support is included?

Your template purchase comes with the following support included, valid 6 months from date of purchase. Any support after this time will be at an extra cost.

We are happy to help you with support relating to template related questions.

Also there is a custom code support (only for CSS that is included with the template).

Your template purchase does not include support with: anything Squarespace related or business related.

We offer support via E-Mail and we aim to respond within 48 hours though this time frame may vary due to potential unforeseen circumstances.

Premium tickets

If your support request falls outside of our support policy, we can offer you a premium ticket.

You can check the premium ticket box in the contact form an I will get to back to you with a custom quote and how long your request may take.
